qCloud-A series foreign fiber separator
Product introduction
A series of different fiber separators are designed according to the characteristics of full opening of raw cotton and fast cotton flow in the blowing carding process of cotton textile mills. This equipment is only used as a part of the cotton passage of the blowing carding unit, and no change is made to the blowing process. The equipment occupies a small area and is easy to install.

Product Introduction
It is designed for dual solutions with special air supply pipeline to ensure the stability of cotton flow. The cotton enters the inspection channel and diffuses fully to expose the foreign fibers as much as possible, so as to ensure a good inspection rate.

Product Introduction
For customers who produce bleached and light-colored cotton yarn, the actual stable operation of a foreign fiber machine sometimes cannot meet the production requirements. In order to maximize the effect of foreign fiber separator, the "dual-separator" scheme can be adopted, that is, two different types of foreign fiber separators can be used in series to further improve the effect of foreign fiber separators and achieve the goal of "zero foreign fiber".

After the cotton flow passes through qCloud (A) foreign fiber separator for the first time most of the “foreign fiber” are removed, but some of them that hide in hidden corners, are wrapped by cotton, and are blocked cannot be removed; The cotton flow passes through qCloud(C) series foreign fiber separator for the second time, and the cotton is fully diffused after passing through its air make-up pipe. The foreign fiber，hiding in corners will be spread as far as possible to be removed.
qCloud(C) and qCloud(A) series foreign fiber separator , are perfectly connected and operate independently without mutual interference and influence.
